Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • You changed your mind (within the return window)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it
  • You must request the return within 14 days of receiving your order

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us.

Include the following details in your message:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not return any items without prior approval.

Return Address

Please note that our items ship from multiple global warehouses. Returns must be sent to our central processing center. Contact us for the correct return address before shipping any items. Do not send returns to the address on the original package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item is defective
  • We sent the wrong item
